All sponge cakes are baked fresh to order using only the finest ingredients to ensure your cakes are the highest quality.
Each cake is filled with either vanilla buttercream, conserve or chocolate filling and coated and sealed for freshness. The cake can then either be left as a frosted sponge or covered in fondant for a clean, sharp finish.
All sponge cakes come in a choice of either vanilla, chocolate or lemon flavour however other flavours can be made upon request.
Each cake is priced individually depending on size, number of tiers and the complexity of the decoration, however, a rough price guide can be found below.
As a baker based at home, my cakes and cupcakes are produced in a kitchen which handles nuts, dairy and gluten.
Whilst my best efforts are always made to ensure no traces of these items are introduced to your cake, I cannot guarantee 100% no trace in your product.
